Privacy notice

Who we are
Armourware is a cybersecurity awareness company and part of Solveware (Pty) Ltd, South Africa. This notice covers armourware.com. It explains what we collect through the site, why, and the choices you have under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
When you ask for a setup call, we receive what you type into the form: your name, work email, organisation, role, the kind of organisation, roughly how many people you want to train, what you’re interested in, and any message.
Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run the site securely. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell or share your information for marketing.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, arrange a setup call and, if you go ahead, plan your training. Our lawful basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering it.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by Vercel, form messages are delivered to our team by Resend, and our email is hosted by Google Workspace. These providers may process information outside South Africa, under agreements that protect it to a standard comparable to POPIA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case they become part of that relationship’s records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@armourware.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
Keeping it safe
The site is served only over HTTPS, the form checks every request before it’s sent, and only our team can read what arrives. We will never ask you for a password, a one-time code or new banking details.
